Hi,

I'm facing problem to access the Outlook Web Access before it was working fine the problem started after we reinstalled the Exchange Server because there was problem in the SMTP what we did we installed the SMTP and IIS reinstalled it again after that we reinstalled the exchange server 2003 with service pack2 everything is working fine the only problem is cannot access the OWA. Guys need your help.

What do you mean by not working?
What happens, what doesn't happen?
When you removed IIS, did you remove it completely following the Microsoft guide?

Need to provide more information.

Uninstall the IIS as stated in the microsoft support article and reinstall the IIS then restarted the server then reinstall the exchange 2003 server with service pack2. When we check the OWA from the client machine the page cannot display on the IE.

Does it work from the server?
Are all the services running on the server?
Are you using SSL? If so, have you reinstalled the SSL certificate correctly?

It is not working from server and all the services running on the serve. We are using SSL.

Do you get prompted for authentication when you try accessing OWA? What happens when you go to http://servername??
