Hi Rusty Shackleford,

I got below two requests from users.

1. User is unable to open 3 emails neither on Outlook nor on Owa. Tried reparing using scanpst.exe, scanost.exe without luck.

2. User is getting duplicate calendar events. Done with Outlook /cleanreminders

3. One user is getting one message thrice. No rules created on outlook.

Have Outlook 2007 client and exchange server 2007

Please suggest what troubleshooting needs to be done on server.

Awaiting ur reply.

Thnx in adv,

Best rgds,
Sri.

double check and see if the user experiencing problems is has a delegate or something.. Perhaps the delegate has set up some weird rules for items for the "manager".

You can visit this KB article to troubleshoot this issue :http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2222377

If above said solution fails to solve your problem, you may use a third party Exchange server repair application such as: http://www.recover-computerdata.com/exchange-server-recovery.html
