hi,

User login new PC, their outlook configure automatically with exchange server.
For this setup anything configuration is there in Exchange server?

Please help on this

When the user starts Outlook, it should ask them their name, and attempt to match that to something in your exchange system automatically. You should not have to configure anything on the server other than create their mailbox.

Most of this stuff is handled by the autodiscover service which is created when you install exchange server
