Hi,

We have implemented W2K certificate services, and can successfully send and receive encrypted and signed e-mail between internal and external users.

However, attempting to reply to one external user causes problems, since their address shows up in the To: box rather than the display name from their contact record. As a result, Outlook can't find their certificate, and so we can't send encrypted e-mail to them. By mailing the contact directly either from within the contact record or by selecting the name in the To field, it works...

Any ideas? "[Confused]"

Hii

We r trying to implement KMS in exchange so that we have secure communication of Emails.

We have all the steps to configure the KMS and implement it but know idea how to send and receive the encrypted mail .Could u please detaily explain all the details as to how to send and receive the emails. Also how to send to non exchnage clients. Thanks in advance
