I created a Public Folder using ESM calles SALES DEPARTMENT. And gave authenticated users full access.

I went to a user and asked her to create her calendar within the SALES DEPARTMENT and she get .. don't have permissions or cannot create a a subfolder.

Why is it so please advise?

Hi,

Try to create the same folder from Outlook. I have always had most success by creating this from Outlook and also by assigning permissions from Outlook.

Leif:

I am able to do it.

But when I request any user to create their calendar in their department I notice by default everybody has access to their calendars.

I don't this default access ... I want the default access to NONE and let the user give access to whom ever they want.

Please advise.
