Play on Phone Not Working

I have just setup Exchange 2010 Unified Messaging. The Play on Phone feature is not working. It will dial a user's extension but there isn't any audio. Has anyone seen this?

A few things to check:
1. UM Exchange server has a SSL Certificate with FQDN name
2. IP Gateway server has a SSL certificate with its name
3. The UM IP Gateway object configured in Exchange is configured to use a FQDN of the IP gateway and that the port number is set e.g. 5061 (use powershell cmdlet Set-UMIPGateway to set the port).
