Hello,

I have exchange 2007SP1 installed on Win Server 2003 R2 and am using ISA 2004 SP3. When entering the URL to access OWA I get a pop up asking for the username and password. Once that info is entered correctly I then get the forms based login screen.

What could be causing this?

Thanks

When you use forms based authentication and you are using isa server to publish owa, you will get this issue. To resolve this turn off forms based authentication on the exchange server and leave it at basic. Then configure the web publishing rule to have an SSL connection between the exchange server and isa server and also ssl connection from isa server to the end client (ssl bridging).

HTH,

Ash.
