Status: offline 		We are using MS Exchange 2003 server.  We have some email users we want to prevent from sending external mails.  On the connector, I created a SMTP connector.  On the delivery restriction, I added those email users (restricted from sending ext. mail) to the "Reject Message from".  But during my testing, found out that email still sent outside.

Please help.

Status: offline 		The problem should have been solved by now, did you do a IISreset to force the IIS metabase and AD replication after the change?

Status: offline 		Do you have any other SMTP connectors?
How many servers do you have?

This is how I do it:
http://www.amset.info/exchange/restrict-internetmail.asp

However if you have more than one SMTP connector you have to get the costs etc correct.

Adding "CheckConnectorRestrictions" to the registry resolved the problem.
