Hi,

The user is default redirected to the mailserver on which his mailbox is hosted. This is done by looking at the username from the user. You can see the mailstore where it is hosted on the Exchange general tab of the user.

You can easily forward a message from one box to the other by going to the Exchange general tab push the delivery options and choose the user you want to forward the mail to. Another option is to give the user enough rights on the specific mailbox and add it as a secondary mailbox in Outlook.

The last can be done by giving the user Full Mailbox Access on the tab Exchange advanced and then choosing the option mailbox rights.

Then start Outlook and go to the accounts and edit the current account and add the extra mailbox.
