Hello Mohana,

Reinstall IIS, then reinstall and reapply all SP's and POST SP fixes. I have a strong doubt on IIS because all IIS services seems to have a problem. Also by looking at DSACCESS and MSEXCHAL problems, seems to be nslookup problems, for which try running dcdiag and netdiag, and see if you find any errors. Also try to do nslookup on exchange server and find all GC's and DC's records.

I had the exact problem
Cured it by:

Making sure that you can access GC, try to access using domains and trust.

Making sure netlogon service and rpc service are running.

Restarted

Making sure the MS Exchange services are started up (the services started and Ex Manager had to manually start it).

easiest fix with these sorts of problems is to manually remove exchange from the server, rebuild OS and restore exchange DB's... otherwise you will forever be trying to rectify small niggly issues! keep in mind that if you remove IIS common files or www or nntp files at any point, echange 2k / 2k3 must be reinstalled from scratch. Same goes if you have any major problems with the DTC or COM+ subsystems [Smile] thanks microsoft!
