An outside organisation sends us an email. Our records show the below log. Is this issue with us or them?

MAIL FROM:<Otheruser@otherDomain.com>
250 2.1.0 Sender OK
RCPT TO:<OurUser@OurDomain>
250 2.1.5 Recipient OK
354 Start mail input; end with <CRLF>.<CRLF>
250 2.6.0
Queued mail for delivery

As it's from outside it will be waiting to deliver inside. I suggest you increase your logging for the transport logs and check what event viewer report.

Is the destination mailbox on the server from which you took this SMTP log excerpt?  Most likely not.  How does the message get from this server to the mailbox server?
