Good day.
I registered today at this forum, because i tried too many communities, but it did'n resolve my problem with public folders.
At first sorry for my ugly english, it is not my native.
Whot i wanted to ask to you dear friend.
I have the next problem.
In Exchange sistem manager i wont to create new public folder tree.
I do everithing like it posted here: http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/General-Purpose-Public-Folder-Trees-Exchange2003.html
And it opened in http://server1.mydomain.com/my_public folder
But, in outlook web acces icannot creat subfolders.. it tells me that is Unknown Error 0.
After that i traed to creat them in exchange system manager, i weht tere, and when i want to creat new folder in new public folders tree i received this:
The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found
Facility win32
ID noc0072afc
Exchange System Manager.

In microsoft technet i found this:
Error ID number: c0072afc
Error Message

Facility: Win32

The requested name is valid and was found in the database, but it does not have the correct associated data being resolved for.

Possible Causes

You are unable to resolve the DNS name for the server you are trying to connect to in ESM.

Troubleshooting

Try pinging the server by both the NetBIOS name and the FQDN name.

If the server's name is not registered in DNS, go ahead and register it. At a command prompt on the remote server, type ipconfig /registerdns. Verify in the DNS manager that this name was registered properly.

Error ID number: c0072afc
but i cannot understend how i must prepare problem, i tested my dns and it seems that is ok
whot kind of test i must to do to resolve this problem?
Please be so kind to help me!
