First of all, I'd like to thank the nice poster who helped me out with my previous issue. Now I have Exchange 2007 installed on the new server, but when I try to mount the database I get the following error:

Exchange is unable to mount the database that you specified. Specified database: dbd962a8-a12e-4e53-909a-8f0e6814337a; Error code: MapiExceptionCallFailed: Unable to mount database. (hr=0x80004005, ec=-2147467259)

I am attempting to transition from our old server which is a Win2k box running Exchange 2000. Pretty sure I have already upgraded both Win2k and Exch2000 to the absolute latest service packs I could, although this looks like something that is local to the new server, as I don't think the two servers are really communicating yet.

Any input on this would be greatly appreciated, as I am under a deadline to get the new Exchange server up and running.

Actually got this one fixed... for those who care to know, had to reapply the license key and rerun setup /preparedomain.

Commands are as follows:

set-exchangeserver -identity <CCR name> -productkey <key>
setup.com /preparedomain

If anyone knows any potential issues that might come up after this, please let me know.
