Hello
I am having a problem with calendars and setting up appointments for some of the users
at our company. We are using Exchange 2003, XP and outlook 2003.

The problem is that the Calendars for new users are not visible to people when they
schedule an appointment. There is just hash marks where the scedule should be.
I have done a lot of troubleshooting but with no luck. The problem
is happening with all the new accounts that I create.

I have done lots of troubleshooting including making sure the that the calendar is shared

To do this I Opened the calendar and right-clicked the Calendar under "My Calendars".
From the menu, I chose "Change Sharing Permissions".

I also opened Outlook with the /cleanfreebusy command but I had no luck with that either

I opened the Exchange server Manager and checked the Scedule Free Busy public folder. In here
the users without the visible calendars can be found and there is only one entry for them.

I checked the replication tab and The store is located in there (we only have one).

I am not sure what the problem is any help you can give me would be great!
