I created a public calendar for employees to request their time off. They create a new caledar entry then go to the scheduling tab and add the manager as an attendee. The time gets posted to the calendar and looks ok from the users outlook but when the manager views the public calendar it shows it as spanning 2 days instead of the one day the requested. I noticed that on the scheduling tab the start and end time crosses 2 days by default for some users. This causes a great deal of confusion. We do have a mix of office version from office 2000 and up. I have not been very successful on researching this problem becuase it is difficult to define search terms.

This topic is becoming very important with the owner of the company.  He wants the scheduling to work so he can track his remote managers.  If anyone has any idea of something I can try please let me know.

Thanks,
D
