I am running Exchange 2003 SP2 and have an auto-reply set up on a public folder using the Folder Assistant.  It works fine except for the occasional loops which require that I quickly throw in a delete rule based on the subject line. I would like to expand this to other mail enabled public folders but do not want to do the constant administration of adding delete rules to multiple folders.  It seems that  easiest solution would be to change the from address on the template to be a no-reply@ address except that I cannot figure out any way to give a public folder "send as" permissions on a no-reply user account or distro list.  Does anyone have a way to do this or send-as a different address from a public folder.

Thanks
Peter Milford

If you have the resources you ay want to look at Exclaimer Mail utilities.  I have a few mail enabled public folders that I setup auto-replies for using the auto-respond feature of Exclaimer.  That is all I use it for.
