Status: offline 		I am running Exchange 2003 and have a public folder setup for people in the facility can fill out a service requisition and post it to the public folder. I had to make a change to a name on the form so I edited it and republished the form. Now a few people can access it and everyone else get the following undeliverable message

 
The message reached the recipient's e-mail system, but delivery was refused. Attempt to resend the message. If it still fails, contact your system administrator.

I would appreciate any help someone would be able to provide.

Status: offline 		Looks like permission issue.
