I wanted some help on the following issue at hand, this is with regards to "Public Folder" under "Exchange System Manager". I have one person who is from the HR department, normally we have setup Public Folders where she can view "Open", and "Closed" positions within the company and move folders sub-folders from within "Open" to "Closed" all within Outlook. Now I have given her permissions to the "Top Level" Public folder, and all the "Sub Level Folder", however when she goes in and tryies to move something from "Open" to "Closed" she gets a message saying "She does not have the persmission to perform this". I know I am missing something somewhere, can someone point out what else am I missing.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
