- Exchange 2003 Enterprise I'm adding a new email domain to this server, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to get them their own Public Folders. I don't want this company to be able to see existing Public Folders. I see how to create a new public tree and folder, but I can't attach this new public folder to the new storage group and mailbox store I created...maybe by design? When the new company logs into OWA or Outlook via RPC, I only want them to see their public folders, not all of them. So, my questions are: How do I keep Public Folders separate? Can I somehow create permissions, a folder structure, or a hierarchy on the Default Public Folders? If yes, how? Maybe I've stared at this too long, and I'm not thinking clearly, but any advice would be fantastic! Thanks in advance, and I appologize if another post already discusses this; however, I couldn't find one.
