A customer of ours wants a public "company" calendar that is derived from several key clients. Is it possible to sync mailbox calendars of these selected clients to a single public calendar which is always up to date? Can you discern between the various entries? They are running Exchange / Outlook 2000. My searches have found no solutions to this problem so any pointers would be gratefully received. Thanks.

Holy bananas, doesn't anybody know about this? I can't be the first to have thought of it!

I suggest setting up an email account or an Calendar in a Public Folder where people can update it them selves in one place.
You can update your own calendar and expect it to update another unless its a meeting request which can update one or more calendar entries...

I have been looking for the same solution. One of my customers is using Daytimer 2000 software which has a global calender. They would like to use something else since Daytimer stopped producing and supporting the software.

Thanks PJ for your reply. The clients use PDAs that synch with their Outlook Inbox/Calendars etc and would not be keen on having to manually update a public file. I am not sure what you mean by
quote:
You can update your own calendar and expect it to update another unless its a meeting request which can update one or more calendar entries...
unless you meant to say "you CAN'T update ..." Apparently there is a product called Team Calendar (thanks Mark Fugatt) that will do what I ask. Anybody used it? Best wishes.

I was going to suggest the Team Calendar but I see that you found out about that. I have set it up and used it, the only issue that I had is that when putting many calendars together this way it takes quite awhile on the slower computers, so we are not using it but it is a good tool.
