Hi all,

I'm at the moment replicating some public folders from 5.5 servers to 2003 servers.

Instead of using PFMigrate we are just using the ESM to create replicas on the 2003 servers.

I do this at the rate of about 4 to 6 Gb a night.

Does anyone know a quick easy way for me to do morning checks to see if the whole folder tree I set up the night before has been replicated completely.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

S.

There is no simple way to do it unfortunately.
I use item count to see if the content has gone across correctly, but it does mean doing it manually.

If you weren't using Exchange 5.5 then I would suggest PowerShell.

Another method would be to export the list of folders and item count to a CSV, on both servers, then take the two CSV files and pt them in to a single Excel Spreadsheet. Sort by name and write a formula to look for difference and highlight them.

Simon.

Cheers Simon. I like the CSV idea.
