Public folder rejects all emails sent to it

Hello,

I am having a problem with one of the public folder on my network.  I have only one store of public folders on my network and all of the folders in the store are mail-enabled.  All of them except one of the folder in my store accepts emails from both internally and externally.  this one folder is mail-enable but it keeps bouncing all e-mails sent to them.  I have checked the permissions from top to botton and I can't figure out why this one folder in my store will not accept internal or external e-mails.  I get the following error:

"The message reached the recipient's e-mail system, but delivery was refused. Attempt to resend the message. If it still fails, contact your system administrator."


If anyone can help me....I would be so greateful.  This problem has been driving me NUTZ for a couple of months now.

I guess some permission might be causing the issue....
Is this is the only public folder where user is not able to send email?
Can you create one test folder and give the same permission and check it out.
I am crucious to know what are the permission you have set to that pf - like default permission set to be as "contributor" and as on.
What if internal user send a mail to that pf? and what will be the behaviour if they post the content on that specific pf.
Try to create one test user and give me as contributor (testing purpose)
