Hi all,

After decommissioning Exchange 2003 our Public folders dissapeared. In EMC under „Public folder database“ shows „ There are no items to show in this view“.
We shut down Exchange 2003 for 2 weeks and everything was working fine. 5 days after decomission all public folders have dissapeared. PB database can be mounted and dismounted with no problem.

Please help.

TIA

hello

please check that on the 2010 mailbox databases, you have the new 2010 public folder store set as its default.
Clients may still be referencing the old location.

Also, check the size of the EDB file, its is quite big, chances are the items are in the mailbox deleted items folder, sometimes happens after removing replicas.

YOu could verify this by using the free version of Kroll OnTrack PowerCOntrols to view contents of the EDB file and logs.

Thanks
