OS of Exchange 2008R2

Exchange Server Version = 2010

I want to know If my users who has Black Berry devices. How they can download there emails on Black Berry? Is there any additional configuration on Exchange OR just simply configuration on Black Berry device..

Second If those Black Berry users also have Laptop/Desktop and they also want to download same emails on their Laptop/Desktop outlook software which(emails) already downloaded on thier Black Berry device. So this is also possible too?

Hi,

Firstly you must to activate a BlackBerry service on your Exchange 2010 and then setup service.
