What ports are exchange 2003 using in an uot for RDP over HTTPS ?

I think you ment RPC not RDP (-:

RPC over HTTPS requires only one port to be open to the internet - 443. Nothing else. The other ports that you mention do not and should not be opened on the firewall. They are internal ports used for communication between Exchange and the domain controllers. You shouldn't have firewalls between those two servers as it is close to pointless.
