kindly help how could i disable Rss Feeds on Exchange server 2003
as we didn't use it and always contains troubles with symantec antivirus

There aren't such feeds on Exchange 2003. That's done at the client side.

What exactly is happening?

Hi

There is no where you can disable it thru Exchange 2003 as mark said.

You can disable it thru Group Policies, you will have to download and install outlook group policy template for the version of outlook you are using and import it in you GP's, below article will give you proper understanding
