Hi,

One of my user send an email to another company on different account but same domain. but facing this issue. Can you please help me,

This is the mail delivery agent at messagelabs.com.

I was unable to deliver your message to the following addresses:

xyz@company.net

Reason: 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected xyz@company.net

The message subject was: ABC - Confirmatio of Instruction to Proceed The message date was: Wed, 7 Dec 2011 19:09:55 +0400 The message identifier was: A7/0C-01390-7128FDE4 The message reference was: server-2.xxxxxxxxxx.com

If your mail have been rejected in this Server, maybe your public IP or your domain is blacklisted.

Chech your information and try another time.

You can check your IP or domain at pages like Barracuda, MXToolBox, ...

Hi,

I am facing this issue with only one user and only one specific Domain; He can send email to all other domains. Before he was able to send emails on that domain but now he is facing this issue.
