Hi
Can you set up an exchange 2003 server to receive mail for several domains without adding them to recipient policies?
The thing is we are moving to an new mail domain from xxxx.com to zzz.com but we must still receive mail to the xxx.com domain but if it is possible I will not add the zzz.com domain to any recipient policies, the user has both zzz.com and xxx.com mail addressee
Our spam filter is forwarding mail for both domains to the exchange server

Hope that someone can help me

Hi,

No as far as I know you have to add it as an extra mail adres. This can be done by creating an extra recipient policy and apply it only to a small group of people or change the default recipient policy.

Why don't you want to add the domain to recipient policies? Recipient policies is what controls what domains Exchange accepts email for.

Perhaps your understanding of recipient policies isn't clear.
