Messages going to my exchange 2000 email server take about an hour to be delivered to the user. I've narrowed the slow down to this point. (I've posted the Message internet headers)

Does anyone know what happens between:

Received: from server.mydomain.com ([192.168.0.210]) by server.mydomain.com with Microsoft SMTPSVC(5.0.2195.6713);

as far as i can tell its before it's even processed by exchange. but i don't know what the message is doing for an hour, nothing in the exchange ques. is this when its being scanned by virus software/spam software? is the message still being handled by the ISP at this point?
