When sending an email to a domain that we could send mails to without any issues we suddenly now receive:

quote:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
     Subject: RE: Test
     Sent: 11/06/2008 10:20
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
     'Username' on 12/06/2008 09:16
You do not have permission to send to this recipient.  For assistance, contact your system administrator.
           <server.domain.local #5.7.1 smtp;554 5.7.1 <user@theirDomain.com>: Recipient address rejected: Access denied>

Not too sure what to do here but would this be a problem at their end or ours?

Thanks

If this happens for any user in your system sending to any user in their system, then the problem is more likely to be theirs.  As gpo suggests, you can learn more if you use Telnet to test and see what response your server is getting.
