If they have been sent then they probably have been delivered. If they have been delivered, they are out of your exchange organization and you have no control over them!

What is it exactly you are trying to do? Was the email sent to an internal user?

i told you a joke ..
The Irish girl knelt in the confessional and said, Bless me, Father, for I have sinned.
What is it, child?
The girl said, Father, I have committed the sin of vanity. Twice a day I gaze at myself in the mirror and tell myself how beautiful I am.
The priest turned, took a good look at the girl, and said, My dear, I have good news. That isn't a sin - it's only a mistake.

To recover deleted emails, please follow the following steps:

1) Open Outlook 2010 and select File option.
2) Click the Deleted Items folder option. Check whether Recover Deleted Items button is grayed-out or not ?
3) If it is Grayed-out, enable this option. In order to enable this option you need to configure Exchange server 2007/10 on your system. After proper configuration if it is still grayed-out, then follow the below mentioned steps to enable it:

- Go to start and open Run dialog box.
- Type regedit in and hit on Enter key on keyboard.
- Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Exchange\Client\Options
- On the right hand window pane you will see a few string values. Ignore them. Right-click anywhere in the white space and select New->DWORD Value
- Type in DumpsterAlwaysOnas the DWORD's name. Now double-click on DumpsterAlwaysOn and change the value to 1
- Close Registry editor window.
- Open outlook and check Recover Deleted Items button again. Now it will not be grayed-out.

4) If it is not grayed-out, Click on “Recover Deleted Items” button and you will now see a list of deleted e-mails. Now select the desired emails you want to recover and click Recover Selected Items button. You can see all recovered emails in the same folders from where those were deleted.

You can use kernel for Outlook PST Repair tool and retrieve emails, folders, contacts, tasks, appointments, journals and notes from PST files & restore it in its original state. The tool has got interactive GUI that makes it more user-friendly.
