Hello,

I have Exchange 2000 Server backuped by NT Backup. In one public folder we have about 2000 contacts. Now we are trying to recover data from backup. But we can recovery only contacts, which are marked as read. Unread contacts we cannot recover. If we try to mark all contacts as read, it doesnŠt take an effect. Does anybody now why this behaviour become?
Thanks a lot
Petr

How are you doing this recovery? Are you using a lab with a copy of the DC and a copy of the Exchange?
ntbackup doesn't let you do item recovery in Exchange so I'm guessing you're either using something other than ntbackup or are fortunate enough to have set up everything in the lab.
