I am migrating Exchange mailboxes on another Exchange server in another forest to mine.  Due to security concerns we do not have a trust relationship between our domains.  Using the built in Exchange Migration tool I can successfully migrate mailboxes onto my Exchange server.  Once I do that I have to tweak the accounts a bit, but thus far it appears to be working fine.  The problem I am running into is the follwoing day when users open there mailboxes.  There profiles need to be redirected to the new Exchange server.  In addition I have issues with the user PST files, rules, signatures, auto completes, etc...  Ideally all of these would be copied into a new profile.  I thought I could use the "MS Exchange Server Profile Redirector Tool" to redirect user profiles to the new Exchange server.  When I tested it I kept getting errors that it could not contact the Global Catalog server.  I think was due to the tool will not work across forests?

Does anyone know what the best way for me to redirect user profiles/create the new Exchange server profiles?  Any advice would be helpful.
