Hi,

I'm having a bit of trouble with a company function that we have outsourced. We used to have an Exchange 2003 mailbox called admin@ourcompany.com. We have now outsourced this to an external company so now any messages sent to admin@ourcompany.com are forwarded to ourcompany@3rdparty.com. This works fine when people send a message from one of our Exchange mailboxes but when an external mailbox is used the message does not get forwarded. I suspect the issue is that as the sender address is preserved when forwarding our bridgeheads are seeing this as an attempt to relay and are blocking the message.
Is it possible to allow relaying to this specific address.

Kind regards
Chris
