Hi everyone,

I've just finished migrating my public folders from Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2013 (using the instructions in this article: http://www.msexchange.org/articles-tutorials/exchange-server-2013/migration-deployment/migrating-public-folders-exchange-2013-part1.html).

Now I am about to remove the old public folder database.

However, when I try to remove the database I receive the following error message:

"Organization "Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)" wasn't found. Make sure you typed the name correctly."

Does anyone know what might be the cause of this error message?

Best regards,

Jonathan

If you’ve installed the antivirus program on the server, disable it and try again. May be, antivirus is preventing the public folders from deletion.

hi Jonathan Kax,

I think you need to simple and advance software so try this

Install the professional third party EDB to PST conversion tool, Kernel for Exchange Server, which is competent to handling large corrupted Outlook PST files. It breaks up the large files into small files to avail an effortless saving facility to the user. The software uses advantageous features to renovate EDB file into PST file, which helps it to be prominent among it's competitors. It recuperates all the corrupted email items with even permanently removed emails, by using this amazing tool and save them in multiple formats like - Outlook PST, Live Exchange Server, Office 365, Public Folders, Archive Mailbox, MSG, EML, RTF, HTML, TXT.
