Hi guys, I have an interesting issue here. I have a client that has one email address at Company A, and also has his own company, Company B. The only email address he uses (and subsequently writes calendar entries to), is the one at Company A. They have an Exchange 2007 server that i administer. What he would like to do is share his calendar with his secretary at Company B. My solution to this is to ask permission of Company A to set up his secretary as a user in their Exchange, and have her access his (Shared) Calendar from OWA. So here is the question for that:
How do i set up his secretary as a user in Company A's Exchange, BUT, exclude her from the GAL, and ALSO exclude her from SEEING GAL info when she is viewing his Calendar?
Company A: Guy contracts to this company. They run Exchange07 Company B: HIS OWN company
This is what i was gonna do.....ask company A if i can set up a new user ( who used to work for them anyway) on their Exchange. This would be the guy's secretary at company b. She would access his shared calendar through OWA...
BUT..
I dont want her to have access to company A's GAL. I know how to HIDE her from their GAL, but if she is viewing his shared calendar through OWA, wont the GAL be visible to her?
