Is there a way to setup Exchange 2003 so that users can ONLY share their calendar using outlook? Many thanks in advance for any assistance.

I'm not sure I follow.  What other method is being used to share calendars?

I should have been more clear. Is there a way to remove access to the Permission Tab in the folders' properties for all folders except for Calendar?

To my knowledge, that cannot be done selectively.  You can only keep the permission tab from displaying from all folders (it sounds like you already know that).

As a workaround, you could block the permission tab display and force your users to use Delegate permissions for calendar access.
