I'm writing some vbs scripts that perform serveral simple backup tasks.
One of these tasks is performing a soft recovery on the backed up information store.

Currently I'm smanually setting the path to the store/transaction logs inside a ini file.
What I would like is a way to retreive the path to the store in an automatic way.

I couldn't find a registry entrie.
Does anyone know how I could detect if the server is running exchange/ where the store/transaction log resides? (Something which works on deferent exchange versions/windows server versions).

It would be great if I could retreive the Exchange /bin directory in the same way.
