Information Rights Management (IRM in Office )
and Rights Managemetn Service (RMS or AD RMS on server)
combine to offer secure email between parties with
features that control the use of an email when it leaves
your client and server.

I hope this is the appropriate catagory for this post.

We used IRM in Office 2003 extremely easily. Plain and simple.

With Exchange 2010 and Office 2010 we are supposed to be able to manage authentication and supposedly have better IRM.

The problem is we cannot get Office 2010 to provide Permissions features at all and cannto assign any security to anything.
So, I have not bothered installing AD RMS yet as I cannot get the clients to work.

Does anyone have any

As i have already said we don't have RMS server and its disabled on Central Administration, I'm simply using Information Management Policy of document library.
