Hello,
I have been following the migration from this website to move from 2003 to 2007. All has been just fine, able to send and receive on the 2007 no problems.. Well, the customer put in the license key per my request and it went bye bye after that. I can only SEND from 2007 cant recieve mail at all.. Not really sure what happend. This happend whenI did a new 2007 install for a customer with edge server but that was easy, just remove and redo.. Not sure what to do on this one.. Please help asap as the customer wants to move the mailboxes over this long holiday weekend..

Thanks!

hi mate,

Few tips i can suggest:
> Understand the mailflow topology of your current environment i.,e how the mailflow was flowing, how it is currently working and how it should be.
> Internal users within exchange 2007 mailbox - are they able to send and receive
> Internal users within org (exch2003 and 2007) is working fine
> check the queue in the edge server,
> if external users send mail are they receiving any non-delivery report.
> Check the mx record configuration to which server it is setup.
> how about exchange 2003 users are they able to send\receive email

The above will be question for myself to diagnostic the issue
