Here's a tough one for all of you.  Is is possible to route/forward a message to a user based on the time of day and/or day of the week?  If it is not possible in Exchange 2007 or PowerShell, is there a program or utility that will?

This is the scenario.  We have a program that will send e-mail alerts to a list of people throughout the day 24/7, but I'd like to forward those alerts to an after hours call center (via e-mail of course) after hours, weekends, and during holidays.  All I can do currently is add the call center to the e-mail list and have them weed out messages recieved during business hours hoping that they have been properly resolved.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.
