Good morning,

I am receiving the following NDR from our Exchange server (we do not use an ISP) on one domain only:
quote:

User Name on 17/10/2012 07:47
The destination server for this recipient could not be found in Domain Name Service (DNS). Please verify the email address and retry. If that fails, contact your administrator.
<mail.domain.org.uk #5.4.0>

The email address is correct as I can send successfully from a personal account. The domain is username.fs2.com which I understand to be a TalkTalk (UK) business account.

I have checked on MXToolbox and get the following:
quote:

No A records exist for username.fs2.com.

DNS Transcript - 1 c.gtld-servers.net 192.26.92.30 NON-AUTH Recieved 3 Referrals , rcode= NS: dns0.mips.com,NS: dns1.mips.com,NS: dns2-rs.mips.com,

2 dns2-rs.mips.com 204.232.190.1 AUTH Recieved 1 Referrals , rcode=NAME_ERROR SOA: mname=dns0.mips.com/rname=noc.mips.com/serial=2012021000,

However checking fs2.com resolves and returns correctly. Is this a problem at their end?
Thanks
Tony
