ok well i have an offsite house that uses ATT internet. Luckily they dont block port 80, and 443. But they do block port 25 and the ssl conterpart.My ISP at my house , cox, blocks all ports but has a free public smtp server that i can use. How can i make a smtp relay server at my house, so that the server at the att house can forward smtp on like port 26 to my server at my cox house and then use the cox SMTP server??? is this possible?? what program would i need to do this?

I'm unclear what you are attempting to do. Where would you have the mail go initially, and where do you want it to end up?
