Hi,
The following is my exchange server setup:
1) DSL connection. permanently. Not dial-up.
2) Exchange server connect internet via DSL router
3) Dynamic IP
4) Pop3 account. using MS Pop3 connector to receive email.

My question is, how to schedule the exchange server to send and receive email. my users complaint that receive email is very slow(30min). Where can i find this setting?
