We currently are running Exchange Server 2007 on a Windows 2003 server in a backup capacity. I am in the process of starting the migration to Windows Server 2008 and am working out the best way to proceed. I understand that I will need to uninstall Exchange and reinstall - the question I have is the mailbox move - since this is a backup, I don't really want to actually move any mailboxes off of our live system, just want to have a duplicate environment. Best way to get this done?

Many thanks!
