Hi. I have a problem with a user who can't "send on behalf" of another mailbox. We have a single EXCH07SP1 server and Outlook 2007 clients. I have granted the user "send on behalf" rights and "full mailbox access" in exchange management console.

When she tries to send on behalf she instead sends the email "as" the other mailbox. I have tried to reproduce the case on my own workstation, but no problems here, which leads me to believe this is a client problem?

Any ideas?

If it is a client problem then it will not follow the user.
You said you tried it on your own system, was that logged in as this user?
If it was, then client issues are resolved in one of the following ways

1. New Outlook profile.
2. New Windows profile.
3. Wipe the machine.

Nothing else works in my experience.
