I faceing same problem .These problem are Sending a message via OWA 2007 puts message in Drafts folder. and income message also come drafts floder.

Status: offline 		I am not sure how it is correlated but I saw that after starting .NET Runtime Optimization Service mails are getting released from Drafts. So try by starting .NET Runtime Optimization service.
 
You may need to start transport service on HT server after starting it.
