Switched a company from GroupWise to Exchange 2010 and a upper level manager liked seeing when the message he sent was read internally. As we all know how it works in GroupWise doesn�t always translate over to Exchange. I would like to know how to enable �Always send a response� if the Read Receipt option is enable for all users. The catch is only a handful of users are using Outlook 2007 client and about 100 are using OWA.
To take it one step further can the send response option be set to only apply to internal mail only? I doubt it, just putting that out there on the off chance.
