I've run into a problem where I'm trying to save myself a lot of work. My users seem to enjoy making life difficult for me -- they like to create nested sub-folders and then they either quit or get fired, and the supervisors then ask for access to their mail folders.

Now, I asked for an app on an Exchange-specific mailing list awhile back and was told about SetPerm, which helps, but it's not the answer as it doesn't handle sub-folders. It only changes permissions on the top-level folders. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a free/full-trial app that will do the job of changing permissions GLOBALLY on a user's folders in Exchange 5.5?

Thanks...

Probably a bit out of date now but http://www.symprex.com/products/fpm/ will do this for you. It's almost free, but not quite.
