Hey all.

We are after a feature that we imagined would not of been that difficult to put into the original release. We would like users to be able to access other users shared calender whilst in Outlook Web Access. We need to do this without having to type in anything additional into the address bar.

Can you think of any solutions (free or not too exspensive) that we could implement, so we can make this happen?

It needs to integrate into Web Access ideally.

Many thanks for your time!

Gary

Hi Gary,

This function is available by default, just click on your name at the top right hand corner of the screen when viewing your Inbox in OWA, then type the name of the user who's calendar you want to open.
That should do it.

Hey there, thanks for your reply.

We have tried this, but this only allows you to open someone elses inbox, of which there is no permission for.

We only need to open the calender, any advice? the calender is shared correctly.

Thanks

Gary.
